Relevate 2026 Maintenance Schedule

We have scheduled our 2026 maintenance to help you plan your business more easily.

With customers all over the United States and Canada, we realize that there is not a best time for everyone. After carefully reviewing our data on customer/member usage, we selected the time frame that would have the least amount of impact on our customers/members.

About our Maintenance Schedule: 

Membership Director and/or the Member Portal will be unavailable to staff and members during the maintenance window.

If your Membership Director is hosted by Relevate, please save any open files and close all Membership Director windows prior to 1:00 AM ET on the scheduled date.

Each maintenance window is scheduled for 4 hours (1:00 AM ET – 5:00 AM ET).

All normal operations will resume once the maintenance is complete.
